Minidoka County Notice of Election Pursuant to Idaho Code §34-1406, public notice is hereby given that the following Elections will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2015. The polls will be open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the polling places designated below by the Board of Minidoka County Commissioners.

Minidoka County Notice of Supplemental Levy Pursuant to Idaho Code §34-1406 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of Joint School District #331, Minidoka, Cassia, Jerome and Lincoln Counties, Idaho, adopted on September 2, 2015. A supplemental levy election will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2015, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of voting upon the question and response of authorizing a supplemental levy in the amount of $1,950,000.00 dollars per year for a period of 2 (two) years, commencing with the fiscal year beginning JULY 1, 2016 and ending JUNE 30, 2018, for the purpose of financing any lawful expenses of maintaining and operating the District.

The County Clerk is the chief registration official of their respective county. Voter Registration in Idaho is at the county level; there is no statewide voter registration list.

Upon request, the County Clerk will furnish a list of registered voters in their county, arranged by precinct. The person requesting such list may be assessed a charge to compensate the county for the cost of reproducing the list. Any person obtaining a list of registered voters is prohibited by law from using such list for commercial purposes.
