November 8, 2011 Election Results (Unofficial)
The County Clerk is the chief registration official of their respective county. Voter Registration in Idaho is at the county level; there is no statewide voter registration list, nor does Idaho register voters by party affiliation.

Upon request, the County Clerk will furnish a list of registered voters in their county, arranged by precinct. The person requesting such list may be assessed a charge to compensate the county for the cost of reproducing the list. Any person obtaining a list of registered voters is prohibited by law from using such list for commercial purposes.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
Elections will be held Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 for the following cities and taxing districts within Minidoka County:  City of Acequia, City of Burley, City of Heyburn, City of Minidoka, City of Paul, City of Rupert and West End Fire Protection District.  The polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and properly registered voters may vote at the indicated polling place, for his/her precinct of address.  Non-registered voters may register at their polling place on Election Day with proper proof of residence and Photo ID.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  Minidoka County will be conducting elections for the following taxing districts during the calendar year 2011 read entire notice (.pdf file)

NOTE:  These are Sample Ballots only.  The actual ballots will be printed with Candidate names rotated within each pad of ballots.

Precinct #1
  Acequia
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Acequia or Minidoka will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #2
  Emerson
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Burley or within the boundaries of the West End Fire Protection District will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #3
  Heyburn 1
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Burley or Heyburn will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #4
  Heyburn 2
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Heyburn or within the boundaries of the West End Fire Protection District will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #5
  Paul
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Paul or within the boundaries of the West End Fire Protection District will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #6
  Pioneer
    Only those voters living within the boundaries of the West End Fire Protection District will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #7
  Rupert 1
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Rupert or within the boundaries of the West End Fire Protection District will be eligible to vote in this election.
   
Precinct #8
  Rupert 2
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Rupert will be eligible to vote in this election
   
Precinct #9
  Rupert 3
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Rupert will be eligible to vote in this election
   
Precinct #10
  Rupert 4
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Rupert will be eligible to vote in this election
   
Precinct #11
  Rupert 5
    Only those voters living within the city limits of Rupert will be eligible to vote in this election
   

NOTE:  Special Taxing District Candidates are placed on the ballot in order by last name, based on a pre-determined Random Alphabet, as mandated by the Idaho Secretary of State’s Office, and will not be rotated.
