Job description

WILD Coordinator shall be able to competently and professionally perform the following duties as specified:

• Coordinate and supervise court ordered gender specific community service projects.
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Coordinator will locate and arrange community service projects in the Mini Cassia area that develop life skills and social skills.
• Set up and maintain detailed records of each participant to verify completion of court ordered service hours and provide supervising JPO verification of completion.
• Confirm fees are paid prior to assigning youth to a work crew.
• Must have certification in First Aid and CPR
• Must have valid drivers license
• Transporting youth in County vehicle
• On site instruction and supervision of participant including demonstrating of proper work techniques in order to develop skills in participant.
• Must be able to work independently with a work crew of youth
• Manage youth on the work crew, problem solve, motivate youth, and address problematic behavior as it arises
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Working days:

• some Saturday's
• some Friday's
• Wednesday

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
