Passports will be reviewed and accepted between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday due to the state requirement of them being in the mail the same day accepted.
Two separate payments are required.
Passport Books
Age 16+
If you are 16 years of age or older, please make a check or money order for $110, payable to United States (U.S.) Department of State.
Please make a separate check or money order (cash is acceptable) for $35 for execution of the application to Minidoka County.
The total fee is $145.
Age 15 or Younger
If you are 15 years of age or younger, please make a check or money order for $80, payable to U.S. Department of State.
Please make a separate check or money order (cash is acceptable) for $35 for execution of the application to Minidoka County.
The total fee is $115.
Passport Cards
Age 16+
If you are 16 years of age or older, please make a check or money order for $30, payable to U.S. Department of State.
Please make a separate payment of $35 for execution of the application to Minidoka County.
The total fee is $65.
Age 15 or Younger
If you are 15 years of age or younger, please make a check or money order for $15 payable to U.S. Department of State.
