Documents being presented for re-recording must be the original and must include the recording information. The reason for the correction should to be just above or just below title of the document and must refer to the document instrument number that was previously recorded. All corrections must be initialed.  Only minor corrections will be accepted for re-recording. No material changes can be made to any previously recorded document. All other changes will require a new document with new signatures and notaries with the word “Correction” just above or under the title of the document, referencing the instrument number as the original document to be corrected.

If a document is related to another document, please include the instrument number or numbers of the original document/documents, so that we may cross reference the documents correctly.

We are not able to perform UCC searches or lien searches.
