Operator (Class D)
- 1-year (age 17 or 20): $20
- 3-year (under 18): $30
- 3-year (age 18-21): $30
- 4-year (age 21 and over): $35
- 8-year (age 21 to 62): $60
- Driver Training Instruction Permit/SIP*: $20
- Duplicate License/IP/Supervised Instruction Permit (SIP): $20
- Instruction Permit (IP): $21.50
- Knowledge Test: $5
- Skills Test ($6.50 to County and up to $28.50 to Skills Tester): $35 combined
*Additional $6.50 skills test fee will be collected in advance for skills receipt

Motorcycle
The following costs are in addition to the Idaho license fees:
- Duplicate Permit: $20
- Instruction Permit (must have Idaho license): $15
- Knowledge Test: $5
- One-Time "M" Endorsement: $15
- Skills Test (collected by Skills Tester): not to exceed $25
Note: All retest fees are the same as the original test fees.
